Tammy Sturge headed up training at Procter & Gamble for more than a decade and has earned her stripes. She keeps learners engaged and brings punch, passion and panache to her presentations as well as a great business sense, a strategic background and operational experience.
A senior human resources professional, Tammy is committed to transforming organizations. After P&G, Tammy led the HR strategy at a multimedia firm, building links between HR and the front line. She developed a global leadership curriculum for senior managers at both firms and has worked with American Express, General Electric, Molson’s, the United Way, Siemens and Chapters-Indigo. Developing strategic HR plans, facilitating corporate strategic planning and leading change management initiatives are all in a day’s work for Tammy.
