Rick Broadhead is one of North America's foremost experts on E-business and E-commerce. He is the co-author or author of a record-breaking 36 books including Lightbulbs to Yottabits: How to Profit by Understanding the Internet of the Future, Get a Digital Life: An Internet Reality Check, and his most recent title, Dear Valued Customer: You are a Loser - an entertaining book that profiles some of the biggest technology gaffes ever made by organizations. Rick is also the co-author of Selling Online: How to Become a Successful E-Commerce Merchant, which was officially endorsed and sponsored by VISA. Rick helps clients capitalize on current and future business trends and take their businesses to new heights.

Rick teaches at York University's Schulich School of Business, where he specializes in online marketing and online sales strategy.
