Michel Lauzière is a visual humorist, fantasy artist and musician. On stage, Michel masterfully grasps the audience’s attention, drawing the audience into his world of the unusual. With incredible talent and imagination, he makes music out of anything. Michel speaks English, French, German, Spanish and Italian and performs his shows in any or all of these languages. After a 10-year career as a straight man in a comedy club, Michel launched his solo career in 1988 and soon made his mark on stage. His creative performances featuring impressive musical and visual effects earned him appearances on major TV shows. His first appearance on Japan’s national TV network was an instant success, attracting ratings of an amazing 60 percent. In 1990 he appeared on the American Comedy Awards and was an immediate hit! Michel has performed in 45 countries and has also played feature roles in many television commercials for multinationals such as Planters, Southern Gas, Molson O’Keefe Brewery and the Société Loto Québec.
