Clients Comments

“You have consistently exceeded our expectations, providing exciting and “fun” events for 3Mers where real learning is a natural outcome.” Mike Calhoun, Organizational Learning, 3M Canada

"Over the years I have worked with many facilitators, but Linda is the most exceptional. Once she engages with your organization (strategic planning, team building or management development), it is almost impossible to find another facilitator who meets her high standard. She gets the job done with humor and professionalism, gaining trust with the most challenging individuals and groups. I have tremendous confidence in Linda's skills and have drawn on her expertise in my past three organizations." - Margaret Lerhe, Director of Learning, Bruyère Continuing Care

"Thank you for the excellent learning event you facilitated for our group on Linking Thinking and Action. Content was very relevant to strategic direction and your delivery was amazing – you had obviously taken the time to customize your material to meet our needs – it was a pleasure to work with you." - Salma Bhaloo, Director, Finance & Administration, Canada Revenue Agency

"Linda was able to customize seminars offered based on circumstances and needs of the organization, taking into account the special situation which existed at the time. Linda always presents with professionalism, extensive experience and excellent knowledge of her material, combined with refreshing good old common sense. Adapting her considerable knowledge base to the circumstances and the diversities of her audience, she reads her audience well. Linda is well aware that working with corporate executives is not the same as working with senior physicians. Besides knowing and applying her material well, Linda adapts it appropriately and responds to questions with well thought-out answers, not 'pat' answers." - Joanne MacPhail, Assistant to Director of Professional Services, McGill University Health Centre

"We continue to have an amazing response to Linda’s presentation; the word 'inspiring' comes up in almost every conversation." - Bev Moquin, Executive Director, ValleyLinks, Home of Volunteer Comox Valley

"Linda was not only the perfect choice for our conference, but one of the best speakers I’ve ever had the privilege of hearing. Her professionalism, honesty, knowledge, motivation and creativity were key contributors to her successful presentation." - Judy Belanger, IBM Canada

"A head's up that I will be contacting the Vatican to initiate the canonization process! You must be a saint given the miracle you performed! I walked in on our regular team meeting and nearly fell off my chair – the agenda was already on the white board, they were ready to keep track of time, a team member was facilitating, and a scribe was taking minutes! We finished on time and got everything done, which removed any doubt that people would put to use what you taught them!" - Chantale LeClerc, Senior Director, Planning, Integration and Community Engagement, Champlain LHIN

"We are indebted to you for your outstanding skills as a leader/facilitator. You have been able to move our organization out of the mire we had become immobilized in and brought us to the stage where we can finally move forward on our own." - Martin J Steinbach, PhD

"Without exception, participants have paid tribute to your state-of-the-art message and vision, and your entertaining and motivational style!" - Judy Maddocks, CEO, Kemper Insurance

  • CONNECTIVITY: GETTING CONNECTED IN A DISCONNECTED WORLD
    • In this fast-paced, blurred economy we need to be strong, flexible and sensitive but most of all we need to be connected. But getting connected isn’t about technology, networking or the world wide web. We need to feel a part of something bigger than ourselves and we need to create organizations that enhance our ability to connect to each other and our clients. Weave your "Connectivity Plan" now.

  • COURAGE: THE CALL TO PERSONAL AND CORPORATE AUTHENTICITY
    • Courage isn’t about extraordinary action in the face of a life-threatening event. Courage is what it takes to be genuine, honest and authentically yourself in every day life. Each of us will face a moment of truth when we make a decision or stand up for a belief that isn’t popular. It may happen in the boardroom, on the shop floor, in a planning meeting or deciding what you want to do with your life. Take this opportunity to go beyond the superficial and accept the personal and corporate challenge to act with authenticity.
