"Thank you for sharing your workshop with us. We learned that laughter is a key essential of physiological, psychological and social health and development. We at NASA often find that balance can be very difficult to achieve considering the complexities of our jobs. You helped us to learn that it is beneficial and gave us good tips to achieve it."Nichole RichmondChairpersonCareer Development Forum, NASA
