Jean-Marc is bilingual. He has a graduate degree in commerce and has done post-graduate studies toward a doctorate in administration at the Harvard Business School. A Quebecker with more than 30 years’ experience addressing groups in the areas of sales, customer service, management and personal performance, Jean-Marc Chaput is an authority on motivation. He is also the author of the book Living Is Selling, which was a success in the original French version and has been translated into English. He has written a second book, In Search of Human Being. His cassettes on sales techniques have been produced in both English and French.
