Anne Beaudry

Profile

Anne works extensively as a French and English Host, Master of Ceremonies, Narrator, and Actor. Anne studied at the "Conservatoire National Supérieur d'Art Dramatique" in Paris, York University in Toronto, and the School of Radio and Elocution PROMEDIA in Montreal. As well she obtained a License in Moral Theology, Summa - Academia Alfonsiana, Rome, (Pontifical degree) and graduated with honours with an MA Theology, at Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio.

In her work as a bilingual master of ceremonies, the following organizations have been delighted with her work: Deloitte’s “Canada’s Best Managed Companies” Gala 2007, numerous United Way Community Builders Awards nights, Canadian Mortgage & Housing Awards, REEL Awards, The Golden Postmark Awards for Canada Post for 7 years, UPJOHN Pharmaceuticals Conference, The CABE Awards of the National Arts Centre, CEO of the Year Awards, Colloque Pharma Prix Conference 1996, and more.

Anne has worked in the corporate world as a host or moderator for the past 20 years and is quite familiar with its culture. This has greatly facilitated her transition into coaching, as has the fact that she is perfectly bilingual.

As part of the Certification Process for CTI, it was necessary for her to complete over 100 hours of individual coaching. Many of her clients during this process were executives at BMO.

As well as being a member in good standing of the International Coaching Federation (ACC, CPCC), she now has at her disposal a powerful array of tools designed to work with either individuals or teams.

The 360 assessment from The Leadership Circle is particularly powerful for executives, as is their culture survey. It offers an immediate snapshot of the present situation, but what differentiates it from other 360's is its value based approach, which allows for a more profound assessment, which in turn facilitates a greater effectiveness in the coaching relationship.
